Project commenced January 2013 So far we have, measured the area to be turned into an area for native species plants, done soil tests, planted a small hedge for wild birds. Native species included - hazel, spindle, hawthorn, blackthorn, dog rose, dog wood and field maple. |

Raking up the moss to expose bare soil ready for sewing yellow rattle seeds. Planting a native.species hedgerow for the birds. Putting in cane support. Making sure we have a nice straight conservation hedge.Listening to bird song. |
